Allegroitalia La Spezia 5 Terre is the new sea-view property of the Allegroitalia group, opened since last August, right in the city center, just steps away from the cathedral.
The hotel enjoys an enviable location, serving as a reference point for those embarking on a journey to discover the Cinque Terre and explore the beauties of the Ligurian Levant.
Strolling through La Spezia: right in front of the hotel, from the Piazzale Papa Giovanni XXIII behind the Cristo Re cathedral, begins the walk of the Parco delle Mura. It’s a scenic route of about four kilometers immersed in greenery along the 19th-century walls of the city.

Upon request and availability, the terrace transforms into a romantic setting for candlelit dinners, also for exclusive use or to celebrate special events and occasions.

We are located in the city center, and from us, it’s very easy to reach the pier, just 400 meters away, to embark on the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and the island of Palmaria.
We are just a 10-minute walk from the train station: via XX Settembre, using the city’s panoramic elevator, you can comfortably reach the hotel. Continuing on via XXVII Marzo, crossing the city’s 19th-century walls, you’ll reach the entrance of the Castle of San Giorgio.
The bus stop is 200 meters from the hotel, convenient for reaching suggestive places in Liguria, such as the medieval village of Sarzana and the castle of Lerici.
